Description
I was looking for a trailhead along the road at Florida's Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. It was a grey, windy, March day. Still the refuge, which surrounds NASA, was alive with birds and flowers. This field was covered in these wildflowers. The orange and yellow of the blanket flowers just pops out at you.
